They returned to Toronto determined to bring the Nordic bathing tradition to their neighborhood \u2014 without the pretension or the price tag.<\/p>\n<p>What started as a single infrared sauna suite in a Yonge Street basement has grown into a 3,200 sq ft wellness space with six treatment rooms, two cold plunge pools, and a dedicated relaxation lounge.<\/p>\n<h3>Our Philosophy<\/h3>\n<p>We believe wellness should be accessible, evidence-based, and unpretentious. Every treatment we offer is grounded in research. Our therapists hold active certifications.
