Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring?

We provide towels, robes, slippers, and toiletries. Just bring yourself. If you prefer your own swimwear for shared sauna sessions, feel free to bring it — otherwise disposable options are available.

Is cold plunge safe for beginners?

Yes. Our guided cold exposure sessions are designed for first-timers. A trained facilitator walks you through breathwork and gradual immersion. You control your own pace. We never push.

Can I use my health insurance for massage?

Yes. All our massage therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) licensed with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). We provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider. We do not do direct billing — you pay at the time of service and submit for reimbursement.

Do you offer couples treatments?

Yes. We offer a couples contrast circuit (sauna + cold plunge for two, 90 minutes, $150) and side-by-side massage in our dual treatment room. Book via our website or call us.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service price. Memberships can be paused for up to 30 days per year.

Is there parking?

Street parking is available on Yonge Street (metered) and the surrounding side streets. The nearest Green P lot is at 20 Holly Street, a 3-minute walk. We are also directly accessible via the Davisville TTC subway station (2-minute walk).

Are gift cards available?

Yes. Gift cards are available in any denomination starting at $50. Purchase in-store or through our website. Gift cards do not expire.

What are your COVID-19 protocols?

We follow all Ontario public health guidelines. Enhanced ventilation (MERV-13 filters + UV-C) runs continuously. Sauna suites and plunge pools are sanitized between every session.
